Introduction to horary astrology
This course (scheduled for October 2011) has been cancelled as we did not have enough advance bookings to run it. We plan to run the course again in the Autumn of 2012.
Once an indispensable part of the traditional astrologer’s tool-kit, the practice of horary astrology is something that seems to have fallen out of fashion with many modern astrologers. It can, however, be a potent tool for getting to the heart of a question, negotiating your destiny and finding the path to good fortune in a given situation. This six week introduction to the practice of horary astrology with Jodey Collorick is designed to give you the skills to answer questions using a chart cast for the moment the question is presented. This is a brilliant opportunity to learn about this highly practical use of astrology in an easily-accessible format with an experienced horary astrologer. You will be expected to bring a sound understanding of the astrological basics – a good grasp of planetary symbolism, signs, aspects and houses – and week by week, you will build on your knowledge and skills enabling you to reach confident interpretations of a variety of real-life horary questions. Course numbers will be limited to allow for a good degree of personal attention. The course fee is £85 for full-year members of Aquarius Severn or £95 for non-members. A 50% discount may be available from the Eric Grove Memorial Fund if you are in receipt of a means-tested benefit.
