Aquarius Severn is a society, formed at 8:11pm on February 10th 1981 in Cheltenham (see the  horoscope of its formation, right). It has the following aims:

• to help promote astrology and educate people as to its true nature and meaning.
  
  
• To provide a forum for astrologers for the exchange of ideas and mutual learning, and to encourage beginners.
  
  
• To provide a link with other related subjects.
  
  
• To arrange regular meetings, discussions, talks and social occasions.

Our Rules and Constitution lay out what is expected of members and committee members, and ensures that the society is run fairly and openly.
